Our Farming Principles
Winter Crop
Our winter crop planning begins in the spring with the first plantings of onions and potatoes, followed by carrots, beets, and radishes, which we store and sell throughout the winter months. We also plant late crops of broccoli, cauliflower, and cabbages in October and November. Thanks to our greenhouses, we can provide fresh produce like salad greens, spinach, and kale. This allows us to offer a wide variety of winter produce during the holiday season and even into January.

Seasonal Vegetables
We provide a diverse selection of seasonal vegetables for ten months of the year! Our specialties include salad greens, greenhouse tomatoes, cucumbers, carrots, onions, potatoes, and garlic. Additionally, we grow strawberries, sweet corn, green beans, peppers, and more. All our produce is cultivated on our farm using natural and organic growing practices. We take pride in offering produce that is as fresh as possible, nutrient-dense, and delicious.

Salad Green
We provide a wide selection of greens year-round, including mixed lettuces, romaine, spinach, kale, Swiss chard, microgreens, pea shoots, and more. Thanks to our greenhouses, we are the first to offer salad greens in our region and the last to finish the season. All of our greens are cold-rinsed to ensure maximum freshness and extended shelf life.
We take pride in our greenhouse and field-grown tomatoes, the crop that started it all for us. All of our produce is grown in soil, and we believe you can truly taste the difference. Our goal is to be the first and last local farmers to offer fresh tomatoes, starting as early as late May and continuing through September. We specialize in delicious, large red tomatoes, heirloom varieties, and a mix of cherry tomatoes.
